Hello All,
I need your advice. My H1B for first 3 years is expiring in Sep 09. I am a consultant and my project is till June 09. So I will be on bench after that till I get a new project. So if I have to file for extension should i file it now when I am in project or should i wait.
When I asked my employer about filing extension, they told that they are getting lot of queries these days. They even told be if my project is getting over early then its difficult to get an approved extension as these days they even have to send the contract letter of clients which do states that when my project is going to end.
So i need to know what are my options.
When Should I file for extension and is there any other options.

Arrange the two things how you like. Next go to Edit and click Select All. Then go to Arrange and click Group. Last add your animation. I hope that helps you. :)

Are you referring to Windows Phone applications? If so, there is no way to do that outside of emulating it on your own. You can download the sample project and watch the video here on a way of doing that yourself though: http://channel9.msdn.com/posts/Jaime+Rodriguez/Windows-Phone-Design-Days-Blend/

What are those little green squares that show up with our names when we post something?? When you hover over them you see a ToolTip message.
Are they supposed to tell us if we've been Naughty or Nice this year? :cool:
They represent reputation points.Everyone will have one at starting.As people start to add you the reputation points..The green squares will increase.Sometimes they depend on number of posts you posted in the forum.

We got our EAD cards today.
We had gone for FP on Sept 19th and saw LUDs on Sep 20th on our I-485s. But the EAD cards came without our fingerprints. EAD cards came from the same Service center (Nebraska) where the FP notices came from. So wondering, how they did not include our fingerprints in the EAD card?? I had also checked with FBI helpline two weeks back and verified that the FPs were delivered to USCIS.
Anybody else in similar situation?

We did the exact same thing. We informed officer that my wife's Extension is pending, he said that's fine and gave her I-94 valid for 40 days (time remaining on her H4 visa).
After she get her I-94 for 40 days then if her new H4 application is approved then she will get the extension of her I-94.

You are not alone. I will be joining the same pool. In fact, I have already served a notice and would be leaving this company of mine on the same day on which I will be flying to India. I do not know if there will be any issues of it while coming back on AP but I would have already passed 180 days well before it.

Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.
On Feburary 7th, 2011 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.
Any idea what this could be?

You can say like....around Oct-15-2007 or so. This letter is on top of Passport, birth certificate and PR card.

There is a discrepancy between the dates in the Oct Bulletin on the State Department site and the Mumbai Consulate site for EB3 India. Any information on which one is a typo
