My experience with Palette # 5 - Twilight:
I own loads of blue and grey toned dresses and this palette has come up excellently to help me create various looks right from soft smokey blue eye makeup to dramatic ones. The texture of the eyeshadows is buttery smooth and they offer amazing pigmentation as well. Except for one or two eyeshadows from this palette, I didn’t experience any fall outs too. As far as creasing and staying power is concerned – the midnight blue shade and frosty blue creased a bit when wore on foundation and loose powder as base, but rest of the eyeshadows especially the deep grey looks amazingly gorgeous. I wore these eyeshadows yesterday for a test and they survived to be there on my eyes without creasing for 2-3 hours, while day before yesterday on an eyeshadow primer they stayed put for 5-6 hours (after which I anyway washed them off!)

Below are some of the likes and dislikes that I’ve felt about this eyeshadow palette:
Likes:
1)      1) Lovely and buttery smooth texture that makes them easy to apply
2)      2) I love to amazing pigmentation of all the eyeshadows, without any chalkiness or powderiness in any of them.
3)      3) The shades are well built to create soft smokey looks to dramatic and gothic eye looks. I love playing around with these to create various looks in blue.
4)      4) Except for two eyeshadows that had softer texture than others and one shimmery black that has very fine shimmers in it – i didn’t receive any fallouts. Even the fallouts that I get from the ones I mentioned above are very minimal that can easily be tamed.
5)     5)  Price for the shades and quality you get makes it an ideal buy.

Dislikes:
1)      1) The shades offer a staying power of 2-3 hours without primer after which they start creasing and fading so ensure that you use a good eyeshadow base beneath them.
2)      2) Ingredients contain parabens.
3)      3) Availability: BeautyUK products aren’t available worldwide, but you can get the palette by ordering online from their website here.

Overall verdict:
Overall, I think this palette is excellent for getting an eye makeup done for all your blue, grey and black dresses. The shades complement each other excellently and give you a lot of scope to create various looks, depending on your need. The texture, shades, pigmentation and quality really make this palette a great thing to go into your makeup kitty.
